1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Expired GMB Domains (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using expiredgmbdomains.com, including its member application (together, the “Service”), or by purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so or if we previously suspended or terminated your access for misuse.
3. The Service
The Service is a research and prioritization tool. It collects and analyzes domain-registration status, public business-profile references, historical web evidence, and related third-party data to surface potential domain opportunities. Features, data sources, geographic coverage, extensions, limits, and availability may change over time.
The Service does not register, reserve, broker, purchase, or bid on domains for you. It does not provide legal, trademark, financial, tax, search-engine-optimization, or investment advice. You remain responsible for all acquisition decisions and due diligence.
4. Member accounts
Accounts may be created after an eligible paid checkout or issued directly by us. The email address supplied at checkout is used to identify and provision the account. Accounts may not be transferred, resold, shared outside the authorized user or organization, or created through automated means. You must provide accurate account information, protect your password and sessions, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms.
A new purchaser must complete the one-time password setup presented after payment confirmation. The setup window is time-limited for security. If it expires or checkout is completed on a different device, contact us so we can verify the purchase and assist with access.
5. Research data and reveal credits
Some registerable-domain records are masked until revealed. Each reveal currently costs 1–5 credits, with the exact cost shown before you reveal a record. Paying that cost unlocks the exact domain and associated evidence for that account. Reopening the same retained record does not use additional credits. “Permanent reveal” means no repeat charge while your account and the associated record remain available in the Service; it is not a promise of indefinite storage or perpetual Service availability.
Domain availability is a moment-in-time observation and may change without notice. Historical associations, business-profile matches, review information, scores, and other indicators may be incomplete, delayed, ambiguous, or inaccurate. Before acting, you must independently confirm registration status, ownership rights, trademark risk, historical use, reputation, backlinks, and suitability for your intended purpose.
6. Founding Lifetime Membership
The Founding Lifetime Membership is limited to no more than 50 memberships and is offered for a one-time US$297 payment. It includes 250 initial reveal credits that do not expire while the Service continues and your account remains in good standing. When that initial balance is exhausted, a 10-credit allowance begins and resets every rolling 30 days. Unused 30-day credits do not roll over. Reopening a retained reveal remains free as described above.
- One membership per account. A second purchase using an email address that already has a Founding Lifetime Membership does not create another membership, increase or reset reveal allowances, or extend commercial lifetime. We automatically request a full refund of the duplicate payment to its original payment method. If Stripe cannot complete that refund automatically, contact us so we can resolve it.
- Non-transferable membership. The membership belongs to the purchasing person or organization. It may not be resold, assigned, gifted, sublicensed, or transferred without our written consent. An approved administrative email change does not transfer ownership.
- Fair use. The membership permits reasonable manual use for the purchaser’s internal research. Credential sharing outside the authorized person or organization, scraping, automated extraction, bulk harvesting, circumvention, and resale or redistribution of Service data are prohibited under Section 7.
- Core product scope. The membership includes continued access to the core search, filtering, watchlist, and reveal workflow as we maintain it. It does not include future APIs, bulk-export products, team or agency features, premium or third-party datasets, managed services, increased allowances, or other separately priced add-ons unless we expressly include them.
Commercial lifetime
“Commercial lifetime” means the period during which Expired GMB Domains, or a direct successor to its core product, is actively operated and generally made available as a commercial service. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser, the operator, or any domain, does not guarantee a minimum operating period, and is not a promise that the Service will operate forever. If the core Service is permanently discontinued, access and future 30-day allowances end. We will provide reasonable advance notice when practicable.
Refund limit
Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be limited, a purchaser is eligible to request a full refund only within 14 calendar days after purchase and only if no more than three reveal credits have been used. We do not provide partial or prorated refunds after either limit is exceeded. The automatic duplicate-payment refund described above is separate from this request limit. Additional credit packs and future subscription plans are governed by the terms shown when they are purchased.
Payment processing, disputes, and taxes
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted Checkout. The checkout page displays the amount and any tax collected before you submit payment. By completing checkout, you authorize the displayed one-time charge. We do not receive or store your complete payment-card number. A membership becomes active only after Stripe confirms successful payment, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. You are responsible for applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
A full refund or payment reversal of the purchase that created a membership deactivates that membership and ends access to unused allowances. A duplicate-payment refund does not affect the existing membership because the duplicate payment grants no additional entitlement. When a chargeback or payment dispute opens, we temporarily suspend access without erasing unused reveal balances. If the dispute closes in our favor, we restore the exact suspended membership; if it closes against us, the membership remains permanently inactive and its unused balance remains inaccessible. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us first so we can investigate. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
7. Acceptable use
You may not, and may not help another person to:
- use the Service or its data unlawfully, fraudulently, deceptively, or to infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights;
- circumvent masking, reveal allowances, authentication, rate limits, access controls, or other technical restrictions;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, bulk extract, mirror, resell, sublicense, or build a competing dataset or service from the Service without written permission;
- share credentials, probe accounts that are not yours, introduce malware, disrupt the Service, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization;
- reverse engineer or attempt to derive non-public source code, models, scoring logic, or provider credentials except where law expressly permits it; or
- misrepresent an affiliation with a prior domain owner, listed business, Google, us, or any third party.
Reasonable manual use of the member interface for your own research is permitted. Contact us before integrating or automating access.
8. Third-party services and data
The Service depends on or links to third-party sources and services, such as RDAP operators, registrars, marketplaces, search providers, public business-profile sources, and web archives. We do not control their availability, terms, accuracy, or content. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms. References to Google Business Profile do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by Google.
9. Ownership and limited license
We and our licensors retain all rights in the Service, including its software, design, branding, selection and arrangement of data, scoring, and non-public research outputs. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal research. No ownership of a domain, third-party record, trademark, or other asset transfers through the Service.
If you send feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.
10. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND QUIET ENJOYMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DOMAIN CAN BE REGISTERED OR ACQUIRED, THAT DATA IS COMPLETE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT USE OF A DOMAIN WILL PRODUCE TRAFFIC, RANKINGS, REVENUE, OR ANY OTHER RESULT.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EXPIRED GMB DOMAINS AND ITS OPERATORS, PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR DOMAIN ACQUISITIONS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR US$100. THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY AND DO NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Expired GMB Domains and its operators, providers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or law, your domain acquisition or use, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, failed to pay agreed fees, or if continued operation is no longer commercially or technically practical. When practical, we will provide notice. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and dispute terms.
14. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify the Service and these Terms. We will post revised Terms here with a new effective date and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Texas, and you consent to its personal jurisdiction and venue. Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve it by written notice and 30 days of informal discussion, unless urgent injunctive relief is reasonably necessary.
16. General terms
These Terms and any applicable order terms are the entire agreement concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or asset transfer. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
